Founded in August 2005, CEDEX is a high-tech company registered in Haidian Park, Zhongguancun, Beijing. At the end of 2006, the company obtained strategic investment from UFIDA Network Technology Co., Ltd. (600588. SH). The company has passed the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certificate and was supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Beijing Innovation Fund and the Ministry of industry and information technology electronic industry development fund. CEDEX has been focused on the technical development, application promotion, and business consultation of commercial language UBL in the supply chain collaborative application.


The company has established an EDI Network Alliance (NA) with European and American partners. With this partnership, CEDEX is now working closely as a logistic standard contributor for Chinese suppliers. At the early stage, CEDEX mainly expanded business between international buyer enterprises that have realized the standard process of digital supply chain and its Chinese suppliers; in the next step, the company will strive to promote the digital EDI link and collaborative business application of supply chain between domestic buyer enterprises and their global suppliers.

By the end of 2022, the company had 39 purchasing enterprises and 7585 suppliers’ online customer groups around the world.
